Our housing is all-inclusive housing for students and interns who come to Washington DC for 3-9 month internships and study programs. All utilities are covered, including high speed WIFI throughout, cable TV in the living room and many bedrooms have flat screen TV’s – bring your streaming devices! Every residence has an in-unit washer and dryer, HVAC heating and central air systems (no window units), fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to prepare meals except the food. Living areas are not cramped. All our properties have been recently renovated to meet our high standards.
